When it comes to passenger collection and drop-offs to airports, seaports and train stations, we believe that the required service levels offered by local taxi companies have dropped significantly in recent years.
At Personal Chauffeurs we have looked at every aspect of this integral part of your jouney and raised our service levels at each important stage in the procedure from start to finish.
Upon collection your driver will come to your reception or door, collect your luggage and take it to the car for you. Once at the airport your luggage will then be placed outside the departure hall, ready for you to take inside.
With all Airport Transfers a booking confirmation email will be sent to your office (or home) outlining all flight and passenger details. We will then track your flight (or rail/ferry) schedule and the day before collection will SMS the passenger with details of our driver as well as your collection confirmation details.
Once the passenger touches down another SMS message will be sent confirming that your chauffeur is waiting in the arrivals hall, in a prominent position, holding a greeting board containing the passenger name and company details.
If by any chance the passenger does not meet with our chauffeur, he will immediately telephone them to arrange a swift meeting somewhere at the airport.
Once the onward journey has commenced our passenger is then briefed on any traffic information that may have an impact on their destination.
